Nothing within these pages may be used without written permission from The Web Master.
The Boston SiteŠ Web Master reserves the right to reject or remove any posting, information, photo or pages from the pages within this site. This is to ensure that The Boston SiteŠ remains a family orientated web site for everyone to enjoy.
In regards to The "TOO CUTE"Š Photo Contest, The "TOO CUTE" BT BowlŠ Contest and The Boston Site "TOO CUTE"Š Dog Of The Year Contest:
All photos submitted into the "TOO CUTE"Š Photo Contest become the property of The Boston Site and will not be returned unless accompanied by a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope. By submitting a photo into the "TOO CUTE"Š Contest, contestants grant The Boston SiteŠ permission to use their submission photos within the site and The TBS MagazineŠ as promotions, advertising and/or publicity.
If it is determined that any contestant is spamming for votes, their photo will be disqualified and removed from the site. If it is determined that any contestant is using a e-mail account for voting purposes that does not belong to them and consent was not given for such use, the contestant will be disqualified and their photo removed from the site.
In regards to The Rescue CenterŠ:
The Web Master reserves the right to remove any posting, information or photo from any pages within the site. The Rescue CenterŠ is not a rescue group or organization. It merely posts information submitted by rescue volunteers, groups, organizations or clubs, to help increase exposure for the many Boston Terriers in need of help and a new home.
The Boston SiteŠ or it's Web Master cannot be held responsible for any rescue posting or arrangement made between a rescue group, club, person, volunteer or organization and adoptive party. The Web Master also reserves the right to remove any rescue posting that is determined to be harmful or misleading.
Any person who is found to be inimical to Boston Terrier Rescue Efforts through malice, misleading information, improper conduct or objectionable behaviour will be removed from the site. This is to ensure that the first objective of helping as many Boston Terriers in need as we can is reached and maintained. As with any situation on the Internet information that is supplied is to be used with discretion. All information submitted to the site is believed to be true and accurate. Remember to ask for more information when contacting any volunteer posted or for references. The Boston SiteŠ will continue in its endeavor to keep all information posted up to date and as accurate as possible.
In regards to The Boston SiteŠ Fund Raiser Auctions:
The Boston SiteŠ or its helpers cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost items posted for auction at the site. Items auctioned are not the property of The Boston SiteŠ and belong to the donators who donate their work or products to Boston Terrier Rescue Efforts. Unless arrangements are made, the items are sent to the highest bidder by the donor upon receipt of payment to the recipient rescue club, group, person or organization, or payment is received by The Rescue Center's Rescue Coordinator.
At any time if a club, group, organization, or person is found to be inimical to Boston Terrier Rescue Efforts through malice, misleading information, improper conduct or objectionable behaviour, The Boston SiteŠ reserves the right to remove their items from the auctions and or disallow any future participation in the auctions.
In regards to the TBS MagazineŠ:
No part of the TBS MagazineŠ may be reproduced without prior written consent of the Editor. The views of the contributors are not necessarily those of the Editor, The Boston SiteŠ or the TBS MagazineŠ.
The Web Master/Editor/Publisher does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of the information or the consequences arising from the application, use, or misuse of any of the information published within the magazine, including any injury and/or damage to any person or property as a matter of product liability, negligence, or otherwise. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made in regard to the contents of the material.
All material submitted into The TBS MagazineŠ must be original, previously unpublished pieces of work. By submitting an article into The TBS MagazineŠ the writer grants First North American Serial Rights to The TBS MagazineŠ and The Boston SiteŠ.
