VOTING RULES
- You may vote once a day, per e-mail address, per entry. Votes without a proper e-mail and no name will be discarded.
- If you are having problems voting you may contact the Webmaster.
- People caught spamming for votes will be disqualified. (ie. Harassing e-mails to lists or individuals begging people to vote for their dog.)
- Votes submitted via e-mail will only be accepted if you are having trouble using the voting page. Lists of names and e-mails will not be accepted. (ie. Meaning the gathering of names and e-mails to save time.)
- Please no writing on the photos, thought bubbles and or captions on the photos.
- Voting begins as soon as the photos have been posted to the site.
- Please do not contact the Webmaster for vote tallies. Since many children participate in the "TOO CUTE" Photo Contests no vote tallies will be displayed to keep the contests fun for everyone!
- Voting ends each Wednesday at 6:00 PM EST unless otherwise stated.
- And the most important rule of all, HAVE FUN :0)
